WHY LEARN SINGING AND PIANO??

I cannot over emphasize the importance of playing an instrument proficiently if you are studying singing.  I cannot stress this enough!  You need to be able to accompany yourself as a singer and help your pitch.  It is unfortunate when someone sings so beautifully but lacks the skills to accompany oneself. In the world of music, this is a very costly mistake for the singer too. Do yourself a favor.....if you are a singer, please consider taking some piano classes or guitar lessons!  Learn both simultaneously to reap the greatest reward! You will never regret it!
