1. Today our home school STEAM students participated in a Bridge Test! They had already spent weeks designing, engineering and finally building their bridges from Popsicle sticks, to be able to finally test their strength today! Using 3.5 lb bags of sand students competed with their bridge designs to determine who's bridge held the most weight prior to collapse. Today we had a bridge sustand over 50 lb of weight prior to collapse! That is outstanding. Way to go Nancy Roberts for still having a strong bridge that failed to collapse at 50 plus lbs made from Popsicle sticks, glue and good design!  Way to go to John as runner up- his bridge sustained almost 50 lbs!
